Municipality raids Farwaniya and Jleeb – Arrested shop owners to be deported

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 11: Kuwait Municipality personnel conducted a raid in Farwaniya governorate, including Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh recently to confiscate abandoned cars, demolish any kind of encroachments on government property. The campaign also including closure of makeshift shops and seizure of all items, new or old put up for sale there. Some arrests were made as most owners of the shops fled as the raid started.
