Saudia to begin flights to Iraq’s Erbil

Saudia to begin flights to Iraq’s Erbil Robert Anderson Sunday 09 September 2018 Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) will begin direct flights to Erbil in Iraqi Kurdistan from early October, according to Saudi Press Agency. The new route comes after Saudia resumed flights to Baghdad in October, following the warming of ties between Saudi Arabia and Iraq. Prior to this, there were no flights between the kingdom and Iraq in the 27 years since former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein’s 1990 invasion of neighbouring Kuwait. NCM issues fog formation and poor visibility warning

ABU DHABI, 20th September, 2018 (WAM) -- The National Center of Meteorology, NCM, advised drivers to take all precautions and follow the traffic regulations regarding the opportunity for fog formation. In its latest weather update, the NCM expected fog formation to reduce horizontal visibility of less than 1000 meters at times over some coastal and internal areas specially westward, during the period from 3 till 8 AM tomorrow morning.
