Witnesses include Keith Enright, the chief privacy officer of Alphabet Inc.'s GOOG, -1.19% GOOGL, -1.50% Google and Andrew DeVore, vice president and associate general counsel of Amazon AMZN, -0.18% Executives from AT&T T, +2.08% Twitter TWTR, -4.05% Apple AAPL, -0.72% and Charter Communications CHTR, -2.02% will also testify, the committee said.
