HODEIDAH, Yemen, 12th September, 2018 (WAM) -- The Saudi-led Arab Coalition said today that it has observed attempts at sabotage being carried out by the Iran-aligned Houthi militia in the Kilometre 16 area in the Governorate of Hodeidah. A Coalition statement said that, following successive defeats inflicted on them on the Hodeidah front, the Houthis had placed large numbers of landmines on the strategic road linking the country’s capital, Sana'a, to Hodeidah and had set tyres on fire near the warehouses of an international relief agency. Bloomberg The European business of coffee chain Starbucks Corp. paid an effective UK tax rate of 2.8 percent last year after a payment from another part of the company boosted profits, the Financial Times reported.The company paid $5.9 million in UK taxes on a profit of $213 million in the year ended October 2017, down from earnings of $219 million a year earlier, the newspaper reported.
