Michael Avenatti, the lawyer for Stormy Daniels, on Tuesday said he will not seek the Democratic nomination, citing family concerns. He said he will continue to represent the adult film star who is in a legal battle with President Donald Trump. Avenatti added he's concerned the Democratic Party will nominate someone who is not "battletested."
