KUWAIT CITY, Dec 4:  Hawally securitymen arrested a Kuwaiti citizen and his Egyptian girlfriend who were under the influence of alcohol with a bottle of local wine in their possession, reports Alrai daily. According to a security source, the arrest took place in Salmiya while the securitymen were patrolling the area. The officers flagged down a car driven by the citizen who was accompanied by his Egyptian girlfriend due to the erratic movement of the vehicle. The Federal Supreme Court has ordered for fresh hearing in the case of a hospital and its doctors who were convicted of medical negligence during the treatment of a child after birth and causing him blindness.
