Grandmother 'dips toddler into boiling hot water as punishment'

A two-year-old girl from Tennessee suffered third-degree burns and blisters in her feet after her step-grandmother used scalding water on her. The woman who admitted to 'having a bad day' has been charged with aggravated child abuse and is being held on a $150,000 bond. According to reports in Daily Mail, the abhorrent incident occurred on August 11 when Kaylee Robinson's mother left her under the care of her step-grandmother, Jennifer Vaughn, at her home in Chattanooga.
